In Busan, giant rib cold noodles and double-headed carriage We visited in May 2024 after moving to the 2nd floor of Haeundae Traditional Market and received a Michelin star rating. Delicious Korean cold noodles. It seems like it's been a long time since Budyangok, which I often visited when I was in Banyeo-dong, moved to the second floor of the market entrance next to Haeundae-gu Office. My family wanted to eat cold noodles, so we visited a little after lunch time on a weekday. This place has become a Michelin restaurant. I thought it would be possible to have Uijeongbu-style naengmyeon in Seoul in Haeundae, where Jinju Naengmyeon, Hwangpo Naengmyeon, and Wonsan Myeonok have all disappeared, but unlike Banyeo-dong, there were many customers. The broth is delicious, the noodles are good, and the broth is Seoul-style, which is very different from Busan-style, so I gave my family a firm warning before eating at this restaurant. They adapt well. The style of the previous giant rib cold noodles is similar, so it seems to be eating well. It may be difficult for first-time eaters to get used to it, but it is a delicious restaurant. The price is 12,000 won. This is a place I go to whenever I think of it. The thick noodles and the taste of the broth without the boiled meat...the only thing that stands out is the taste of naengmyeon...if the essence of Pyongyang naengmyeon in Korea is recognized as Eulji-myeonok or Woorae-ok, how can this be... I can't believe Michelin judges are this biased... The owner's sincerity and deliciousness are two different things!! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I like it very much. They serve cold buckwheat noodle in original (plain) and spicy sauce. I had the spicy one - delightful gentle spicy and slightly sweet. The staffs speak English (they also have English menu) and were very welcoming. We were a bit full and ordered 1 bowl for 2 persons, they were happy and did not oblige you to get 1 bowl per person. The hot broth they serve is also nice. Good for a cool spring evening. It's located on the 2nd floor, corner shop so good to watch people pass by.
