The chicken gomtang, which is not artificial and has a subtle broth flavor, is really good, but this restaurant is by far the best in terms of the taste of the spicy and sweet chicken seasoned with finely shredded chicken meat, cucumbers, onions, and apples, which has a unique tangy mustard flavor. . However, what is very disappointing is that the prices have been raised too much recently. No matter how famous it has become and the taste of the food is the same, they use waste chicken, which is very cheap, so the price of the food is not as high as restaurants that use regular broiler chicken. So, for chicken gomtang, the specialty restaurant across the street is a good alternative in many ways, both in terms of cost-effectiveness and taste, but when it comes to seasoned chicken, no restaurant comes close to Hwangpyeong House, and there seems to be no alternative. The sweet and spicy chicken seasoning with a unique tangy mustard taste and the chicken gomtang soup provided as a service are an amazing snack that summons toads for lovers, and a very delicious side dish when eaten with steamed rice... I personally highly recommend Hwangpyeong House. This is the representative signature menu..
