Came here on a Tuesday night and it was pretty slow. Since this place is super close to my place, I decided to check it out. The Prime option in my opinion is more worthy since you get ayce abalone, oysters, and wagyu. They have a small self serve bar for hot pot add-ons compared to other Ayce hot pot places. There was only 1 server that day so everything took a bit longer, but she was very nice and did her best to take care of all the tables. Took out 2 stars because the broths were super bland. We tried Sukiyaki, Tonkatsu, and Mala broths. All were bland. Tasted like watered down broth. Sukiyaki was a big disappointment I had to add a bunch of salt to it. Maybe we came on a bad day? Also odd that they use paper bowls and plates.

My first time at this place. We ordered the prime, which includes Abalones and oysters and wagyu beef. These are really really fresh and good. But have to say the best part is the waitress Daisy. She takes good care of us and we never have to ask for help. She just knows when we needed to clean out the plates, order more food and need more broth. Shout out to Daisy. We will definitely come back for the quality of food.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The service were extremely slow, taking over 40 minutes to deliver only one of the five meats ordered. The seafoods took awhile to arrive, also the dipping sauces from the self-serve bar tasted rotten. The cleanliness of the place was appalling with flies everywhere, creating a highly unhygienic dining environment. Most alarming of all was seeing food intended for customers placed on top of a trash can before they served, which is an unacceptable practice in any restaurant. Unfortunately, the terrible quality of food and lack of cleanliness have left me feeling terribly ill, with diarrhea as I type this. If you value your health and time, I strongly encourage you to avoid dining here. For the business owner, please make sure the employees are will trained before opening up the restaurant, and be respectful to the customer.
