If you’re looking for the exquisite plating seen in some of the Google photos, be warned, those likely came from the fine dining spot (Restaurant Pages) next door. While the vibe of 116 Pages seems inviting, the execution falls short of its sister restaurant's reputation. The flavor profiles were unbalanced, the seasoning was generally heavy-handed and salty, yet the sake clams tasted like plain water. The kitchen's pacing is also quite erratic. We were left sitting for over 40 minutes with an empty table before our last courses arrived, only for the staff to rush them out the moment we asked for the check.
