I was here for an iced vanilla matcha and if you think that what you served me was a matcha, I'm sorry, but you don't know what a matcha is, about that later. The main problem seems like being understaffed is the issue here rather than bad quality ingredients. The management should realize this ruins the experience not only for the staff-it was so full and there was one person working rushing everywhere and it will make them burn out and quit, but also for the customers-the employee barely had time to make my drink properly and my drink was just chunks of matcha, i had to throw it all away even after mixing it myself. Fix it, management and don't save up money on people. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
