Me and my wife visited 168 Sushi buffet on steeles avenue, Concord, Ontario. First time trying 168. Food was good to start with. Ordered one lamb soup…… guess what I found a sharp clear PLASTIC piece. Got stuck between my teeth. I thought must be a bone piece. I showed it to the server. He said may be while washing it would have got in there. At the end, they said sorry and gave me 15% discount. Our bill was around 70$. We got a discount of 8$. Now the questions arewas the incident handled properly?What more could they have done?What would have been their better approach?Like any other customer I asked for a full refund of my part of the bill. It was straight away ignored. Anyways thanks for the hospitality 168 sushi. Now I will think over if I have to visit again or recommend anyone to visit your branch.
