If you happen to be around Broome Historical Museum, visit this bar. The hallmark of 18 degrees is serving delicious prawns, beef and fantastic duck confit. Gorgeous chocolate mousse, banana pudding and terrific cheesecakes have a pleasant taste. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters offer amazing wine, fino sherry or nice draft beer. It's time to degustate great espresso, iced coffee or exciting tea.
Sitting on the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view. If you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is found exceptional at this place. Awesome service is something clients agree upon here. I have extreme dietary needs that make eating out (and in fact even eating at home) a total nightmare. As someone who has always been such a food lover, it really has got me down at times and we often avoid going out. As we are leaving Broome soon family friends of ours wanted to have a meal out, even though I loved the idea, it did fill me with fear. However when we decided on 18 degrees, I decided to try my luck and see if they would be able to cater for my unique needs. After a very positive and hassle free discussion with both the manager and the head chef, I was reassured I would be able to eat lunch with everyone the next day. This blew me away already as I have been faced with grumpy chefs and confused staff at other local eateries just because I've asked for grilled fish and steamed veggies. When we arrived for lunch, I sat down to find my very own personally designed menu with THREE options all looking and sounding delicious, the manager came over to introduce himself face to face and he was faultless the entire meal, ensuring the whole parties comfort. My food was absolutely delicious, and today I have actually woken up without the usual severe consequences of eating out. 18 degrees, you have outdone yourself, thank you so very much for making me feel so included and for not making a negative deal about something I have to live with daily. We certainly will recommend you and when we return to Broome we will be regular customers! Thank you once again!!
