The food was excellent. But the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other across the table. There were 9 of us and we might as well have eaten at home to have any conversation. We asked several times to have it turned down but they said they couldn’t. How can you make a steak taste that good but not have a volume dial? Can’t see us going back to spend hundred of dollars to stare at each other. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

We absolutely love 1845 Taste Texas! My husband always orders the Prime Rib, I like the Redfish and Filet. Potatoes au gratin are so creamy and good. We also enjoy the jalapeno appetizer, although there the spiciness does have a kick. We try to dine at 1845 Taste Texas at least once a month. This is my favorite restaurant in Flower Mound. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
