We were staying in the hotel and wanted a pre dinner cocktail here as part of our 20 year anniversary celebrations. We sat down at 6:30pm and by 6:45pm our table still had not been cleared and no one had taken our drinks order. We had reservations at 7:30pm so were concerned. Finally, the bartender started taking orders but went to two tables who had arrived after us. At 6:50pm now we decided to go elsewhere, which was a shame as we had to rush in order to make our reservations. The drinks here are £££ and we were also paying for a room - the service in no way justifies the cost. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lovely atmosphere, cosy and quiet. Service can take a minute but the staff are all very pleasant. Price per person: £30–40
