Its very difficult during a pandemic when people get sick and call out. Therefore when we are short staffed, we prefer to maintain excellent service, as opposed to seating people and having them get upset because we cant serve them on time. I would suggest that is great business sense. Just because you see an empty table doesnt always mean we can adequately serve people sitting in it. While this is not ideal, and not our preference, it is the reality of today. We really would like to thank you however, for being so patient, and its a real shame we werent able to serve you. Hopefully next time, we can chat and you can impart some of the business sense we lack. Thanks again for your kindness, empathy and understanding at such a difficult time. See you soon !!More
