Stuck in Bologna? All roads closed due to a strike? Can't get where you we're planning to? In the mood for anything? This was us last night. But this place is not anything. It is something special. Something exquisite. The perfect date restaurant with a pleasant staff and dog friendly terrace. Two cooks and one kitchen has two menus, one per cook, and an amazing wine selection. We picked a starter that we could share with the dog who had been good twelve hours in the car. Meat and cheese. Then we picked a primo that was the traditional Bologna offering of pasta. So good. And we concluded with Pulpo and Spaghetti ala Chittara con Aleci a pistachio. Out of this world. Next time we are stuck in Bologna...
