2020 overbooked reservations for Mothers Day. Oddly enough, they were advertising reservations on instagram 2 days beforehand. We arrived and there were about 50 people inside and outside waiting for tables. The manager told us they overbooked their reservations and he didn't know how it happened. Our reservation was for 11:30 am and we didn't get a text until 12:45 saying our table was ready. We ended up leaving after waiting for an hour because it's impossible to wait with two small kids. I would've gone to McDonalds instead, but they had stopped serving breakfast. This mistake completely ruined our Mother's Day and we will never come back (unless it becomes a new restaurant).

Our waitress was great but the other staff were witnesses vaping in the kitchen, wiping her nose with the back of her hand, then wiping it on her leg and continuing to roll clean silverware in the napkins without washing her hands. Using cell phones while plating food and not changing gloves or washing hands. Food came to the table with a label sticker in my slaw that was on the head of cabbage that it came from. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
