Nice building with good cafes and gym but wish the toilets/toilet lobbies on the ground floor were air conditioned. It gets very u comfortable going there in the heat.

Worst building ever. Most of the front parking spaces are allocated for VIP valet parking, so you basically have to pay just to park your own car. The AC is constantly bad, and to access the gym, you have to walk through Monoprix, which is extremely inconvenient. On top of that, there isn’t even an air-conditioned waiting area for food delivery drivers while they wait to pick up orders during summer very inhuman. Very poorly planned and managed building. Definitely not what you would expect.
