Honestly I'm over it. I've been coming here 6+ years give it take. Bagels are the best but when your service is absolutely garbage it takes away from the whole experience. 7 out of 10 times my order is incorrect and I'll usually let it slide. But today was the final hoorah. How do you forget to put bacon on two BEC sandwiches, Give me scallion cream cheese instead of regular, two plain bagels with nothing on them instead of two whole wheat bagels. For the price you'd imagine they'd at least be able to get 1 of 4 parts of the order correct. The only person that's ever gotten my order right is the bald guy I think is the manager/owner and the young outgoing tall kid. Everyone else here sucks!

I am born and raised Long Islander (Freeport/West Hempstead) who has lived in California for close to 20 years. I have always loved the bagels here, dating back to my youth when it was "24 Hour Bagel". Long Islanders are beyond spoiled when it comes to bagels and LIBC is among the best, if not THE best. But I really want to praise LIBC's delivery service, which was beyond phenomenal. I wanted to surprise my mom with a delivery of bagels, schmear, tuna salad, cookies, etc. for her birthday and the initial delivery was right on time. My mom called to thank me and said, "This is great, but where are the bagels?" It turns out that I forgot to include the most important detail in my order! I quickly placed another online order for a dozen bagels, expecting that they would be delivered in a few hours (Oceanside to WH is close, but not *that* close). Lo and behold, my mom confirmed that she received the bagels in less than an hour and they were still warm! Although there is a small delivery fee, their service and speed were remarkable and so worth it. Thank you LIBC!
