I spoke with a lady while placing a pickup order at Na'a Dr Sw around 5:06 pm on June 17, 2026, and unfortunately, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and IMPATIENT. At one point, she even said, “I’m going to transfer this call because I can’t take this.” That call should be reviewed because customer service like that will drive customers away. What makes this experience so disappointing is that every other interaction I’ve had with 2 4 1 Pizza has been excellent. The gentleman who previously took my order was incredibly patient and helpful, unfortunately the call got dis connected. The employee at the store was also wonderful. In fact, despite having a Papa John’s closer to me, I chose to continue going to 2 4 1 Pizza because of the great service and the quality of the pizza. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be brought to your attention. I’m still leaving a five-star rating because I enjoy the food and, overall, I’ve had very positive experiences with your staff. However, it only takes one bad apple to spoil an otherwise excellent reputation. I hope management reviews this matter and addresses it, because one person with such poor customer service can cost a business loyal customers. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5
