25sta is a place where you can order both of Mihara-yaki and Fuchu-yaki. Many foreigners eat okonomiyaki when they come to Hiroshima. And many people say that the impression of okonomiyaki was more than they expected. In Hiroshima Prefecture, there is a local "-yaki" that contains various ingredients such as minced meat, bird liver and rice. In Mihara, it is characteristic of Mihara-yaki that it contains a bird liver. In Mihara, okonomiyaki with soba and udon is called modern-yaki. In the south parts of Bigo Province in the eastern parts of Hiroshima Prefecture, centering on Fuchu City (Hiroshima Prefecture), there is okonomiyaki called Fuchufu-okonomiyaki or Fuchuyaki, which includes minced pork.
