One of the best spots to see the harbour from above. Great too to see the fireworks. Great service. Level 29 or Level 30 - ou need to decide. Sitting next to the pool at level 29 adds a special atmosphere but might not be for everyone. Reservation recommended if you are more than two people. Huge shout-out to the evening team at 29/30 at the W Sydney. Rebeca, Pramod and Kenny made my week-long stay unforgettable. I stopped by most evenings for a pre-dinner drink and always came back for a nightcap. They welcomed me warmly every time and the service was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Pramod’s cocktails are exceptional — easily among the top 1% of bartenders in Sydney. Truly outstanding drinks. Rebeca is also fantastic — an attentive and polished server who made sure everything was always perfect. As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member who spends a lot of time away from home, experiences like this mean a lot. After six nights at the W Sydney, visiting 29/30 became something I looked forward to every evening. Excellent service and a great team. Highly recommended. — Juan R.
