Food is amazingly excellent and of great quality. Definitely a must go spot while in Sendai. 298nky uses high quality charcoal instead of gas! This helps flavor the food especially mushrooms while cooking because as the fat renders from kalbi or pork belly, the smoke rising from the coals litterally smokes the vegetables.
