3 Cafe is pretty near Kidland. Do not leave without enjoying perfectly cooked fried fish, pork roast and egg omelette. Clients don't like coffee at this restaurant.
The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The fine service shows a high level of quality at 3 Cafe. You will certainly like the peaceful atmosphere. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Food was okay, slightly above average, but definitely not worth the wait. My husband and I waited over an hour for just two plates of rice, while customers who arrived later got served first. When we asked for an explanation, we got none. One waiter simply shrugged and walked away. After waiting so long, we even had to pay extra for parking. If they can’t handle the crowd, why open two shop lots and keep customers waiting for over an hour? Very disappointing experience. Price per person: RM 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Located at 3rd floor of prangin mall. I visited 3 cafe on a Tuesday on 3:30pm off peak hour. Only took 15 min wait time for the food to be ready. The signature Chungling scrambled egg is nice. Kungpoh siow bak rice is nice as well. But belacan fried chicken wing is small portion. Price wise is reasonable. Payment need to be made upon order online via ewallet or online payment. Need to provide contact information such as name, contact number and email upon order. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 1–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
