I went to Yokohama Garagekan Spodori store near the cafe to change my tires. I happened to find this cafe while waiting for about an hour to complete the exchange. It's a nice cafe with a blue exterior that makes it easy to enter. The menu was also reasonably priced. For lunch, I had a delicious toast set (400 yen) for less than a cup of coffee. If you are waiting for a tire change, I highly recommend the nearby 310 Cafe.
