We are frequent and long term visitors to this place and it was pretty ok albeit a few small incidents in the past. Today we have visited it for lunch and sat ourselves outside (as we were with a dog). There were two other tables occupied and people were served drinks and pizzas. We have waited for anyone to come to us for about 15 minutes with no result. I have went inside to ask the waiter for menus yet he said they do not serve outside. I told him we were here a couple of times during the last two weeks and we were served outside just well, hence we are confused. He just repeated his answer in a pretty unpolite way. Then I told him people are eating outside even now and he repeated his dull answer yet again, adding “then they (meaning the people eating” have paid someone”. This level of service is pretty disappointing and 32. Augusts have just lost loyal customers that were visiting them for years.
