Very disappointing experience at 33 Restobar. I visited with a group of four people and arrived around 7:00 PM specifically for the advertised Happy Hour promotion of $20 open tacos and margaritas. After placing our order, we waited nearly an hour before receiving any tacos. To make matters worse, after the long wait, the manager informed us that our group would only receive 16 tacos total. This limitation was never clearly explained when we arrived or when we ordered. Four street tacos per person was not enough, and we ended up ordering additional food. The promotion was advertised as "open tacos and margaritas," but the actual experience did not match what was being promoted. The pricing was confusing, the service was extremely slow, and the communication regarding the Happy Hour rules was poor. While the atmosphere was pleasant, it does not make up for waiting almost an hour for food and then being told there were restrictions that were never disclosed upfront. I left feeling frustrated and misled. Transparency, better service, and honoring advertised promotions would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
