Finally sourdough done right. Crispy without cutting your mouth! The crust is thin enough to be just the right amount of crust for the softer elements ontop of it and the bread itself is softer and nice chew than most places with dried out bread. Which means you get the texture of the bread soften as the protein, eggs and avocado mix with it. Smoked salmon was high quality and the eggs had a jammy yolk with plenty of runny yolk left over. The avocado was already mushed but that’s a small price to pay for high quality everywhere else and it was well seasoned. Decent! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Sandwich too salty, toasted sourdough too hard, cannot taste the soughdough after it is heavily toasted or seemingly fried with butter. A seemingly healthy meal but it's actually unhealthy.
