The service is incredible, the atmosphere is impeccable. They customized our potatoes, which turned out really good! What made us very sad and even embarrassed to comment was the bread and meat of the hamburger. We ordered the most expensive burger in the house, on point, and the meat, in addition to being cold, was crumbly and tasteless. What enhanced the flavor was the bacon and cheese, but if you only ate the meat, it felt like you were eating it straight out of the fridge. (Sorry for the honesty). Regarding the bread, it came cold and wet (I didn't understand why, probably because of the sauce, so it's ok). However, the combination of the bread this way and the meat as I described it left us quite upset. I do recommend the burger restaurant, with reservations, as I believe it was an isolated quality incident. However, those responsible are advised to pay extra attention to the quality of the kitchen. Tasty and very traditional! 381 Burger House has incredible burger options, with the most traditional combinations possible in the gournet style, with the highest quality ingredients and delicious artisanal meats. The service is very good-natured, ensuring well-being when entering the place, or receiving the order very well assembled, via delivery. Furthermore, the burgers are still named after classic rock songs which, in fact, go down very well in each bite (try a Fear of The Dark, listening to this Iron Maiden classic). I recommend both delivery and, especially, a visit to the place, which has a very good vibe. I would just like to ask the manager that, if possible, he also offers the option of other cheese options for the burgers, as cheddar, although of good quality, is not to everyone's liking. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but they are not the restaurant's strong suit. Dietary restrictions: Not an option for those with dietary restrictions. Parking: There is no parking, and it is quite difficult to find spaces around. Kid-friendliness: Suitable for all audiences, but focused on young and adult audiences. Wheelchair accessibility: There is full accessibility for wheelchair users.
