I visited Bar 3mm and was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the 500NT minimum per person, not clearly stated on the menu. Unfriendly to non-Chinese speakers, and the atmosphere was marred by smoking. The bartenders were pleasant, but management's absence was evident. The experience felt uncomfortable, with management seemingly micromanaging the bartenders in order to make money. Overall, not a fun experience, and the undisclosed minimum charge felt like a deceptive tactic.
