Was staying in the Hilton and ate breakfast here simply because it was convenient, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great, ambiance (despite not being quite finished with renovations) was pleasant, and the service was great. Abby was kind and very attentive.

Attended the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. It was $16.95 for the full buffet I had eggs scrambled with cheese made to order as well as turkey sausage and waffles. The breakfast potatoes where quite tasty and the apple juice was perfect. I would definitely recommend

I was in STL for a business training and 400 Olive happened to be right across the street! I read the Yelp reviews beforehand but I thought I'd give the place a try, I mean that menu sounded delicious. I walk into the Hilton and it's a beautiful hotel, 400 Olive was no exception, it was beautiful as well. I had to wait to be seated, which happened to be by a chef who presumably was going on a break and happened to see me waiting. The hostess was no where to be found... After I was seated a server immediately took my drink order. Before my drink arrived I was greeted by the main server who was super friendly and took my order. I ordered their French Onion soup to start - the soup was good. It had a hearty broth, caramelized onions, bread, an melty cheese - no complaints for the soup. For my main course I ordered the Hell Fire BLT with Parmesan fries. It came out looking beautiful and I couldn't wait to dig in. Boy, was I disappointed. The ciabatta bread seemed stale, the arugula was not fresh, the bacon mediocre, and the sauce was definitely my least favorite part of the whole sandwich. The Parmesan fries were soggy, and I'm pretty sure there was no Parmesan to be found. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with my whole meal.
