This is a place for a break from sightseeing ( not a dining ) . The café is cool , the sausage menue is ok ( the price also ) and the staff is friendly . I give it 5 stars because I liked it a lot . Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This coffee shop is attached to a museum, which I did not go to. There is a good amount of seating. I drank my iced cafe latte while gazing out the window, where I saw steam rise and fall. The espresso drink tasted pretty good, but I did not buy any beans. It is a good option for a break after visiting the Beppu Jigoku. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
