I had a great experience at 50nine Restaurant. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The customer service was excellent, especially from Amer, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Stopped for a different type of breakfast. Wonderful middle eastern food, Lebenese in particular. Avocado eggs and hummus for my wife and a wonderful naan with eggs chicken sausages and turkey rashers were both really tasty, fresh and perfect portion size. Really beautiful presented too. Rounded off with unusual smoothies was all just right! Nice environment, good service, free parking behind is a bonus! The food was very good, the ambience was lovely, and having parking available made the visit even more convenient. I would especially like to commend the male waiter who looked after us. Our order was initially mixed up, but he handled the situation professionally, was genuinely apologetic, and made every effort to put things right. His customer service was warm, attentive, and a credit to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the female waitress. She appeared disengaged and seemed reluctant to take ownership of requests. We ordered tea through her, but it never arrived. It wasn't until we mentioned it to the waiter that the issue was addressed, and he immediately apologised and brought it over. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time, which made the lack of attentiveness more noticeable. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and convenient parking were all positives, and the excellent service from the waiter helped salvage the experience. However, there was a noticeable inconsistency in service standards that the restaurant should address. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £20–30
