Dear Owner, I love coming here with my friends, but I think you should be aware of your female bartender’s attitude. She speaks to customers with such contempt that it makes you feel unwelcome. I had a very unpleasant experience with her the last time I visited. When we asked what time the bar closed, she didn’t give us a clear answer. It honestly felt like she wanted us to leave early rather than simply answering the question. The interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I enjoy your establishment and have always had a good experience otherwise, which is why I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. All customers should get a clear and concise response with friendly demeanour. Regardless of how busy or slow it is . Cheers and thanks again . We’ll improve on any attitude delivered.
