This is kind of a hidden gem for a chai of bite to eat. I like the mezzanine seating overlooking Little Collins street, you can watch the busy city of Melbourne go by as you sit inside and sip your hot beverage. Lots of seating with benches and low tables for private seating. There is also a high communal table with barstools. The chia is pretty exceptional here, glad my office is close by. Always friendly and professional staff. The space is kept clean and tidy and the seating (chairs) are flexible to be moved around) as needed. I plan to stop by for breakfast, I see others eating and it always looks so tasty. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee is exceptional here. Can't fault it. And Joe and the rest of the staff are very friendly and the service impeccable. Only thing I could comment on is the selection of Food, especially breakfast options could be bigger, but that's honestly it Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
