A very abysmal place to eat out. Everything is simply raw and unfresh (I am aware Poke is supposed to be raw but this food, if you can even call it that, was very old). Like others say, the rice is extremely hard and akin to chewing on plastic. The manager is also very rude if you spend more than 30 minutes eating inside.

I used to work here since they opened, I can tell you for a fact the food is unsanitary and over priced. The manager constantly told workers to put less meat and toppings on all bowls,even the toppings that costed extra. The manager would cut all fish with his bare hands as well as picking the toppings off the floor and giving to workers to serve and making them REUSE dirty gloves. He would allow cross contamination between the tofu and fish constantly. My coworkers and I constantly warned customers of not tipping since HE DOESNT GIVE EMPLOYEES TIPS despite him lying to other customers saying he does. He’ll serve rice that’s hard as a rock, he’ll serve fish that sat in the serving areas over the weekend, he’ll serve garnishes that had dead flies in them, I’ve already called the health department however. As someone that knows better, I don’t recommend eating OR working here.

Fish was not fresh at all. Bowl wasn't mixed well at all. Rice was undercooked and clumpy.Major disappointment after FireFin closed in the same location.
