Have been going for a short time, and I had been pleased. Now, the process has changed. You order your broth and noodles. Then you wait until your stuff is done. Before, while waiting you got to choose your vegi while the broth and noodles were done. NOW, not until your broth is done. PROBLEM: There are 4 - 5 people in front. Once the broth is done, then the vegi selection happens and you pay. While all this is happening to #1, broth for #2, #3, and #4 are just sitting getting cold. By #5, me, luke warm and several minutes wasted waiting, when all the vegi stuff could have been chosen and waiting for the Broth. Hey, let me take it one step farther, we can pay after choosing our vegis and are waiting. I HAVE NO PLANS OF RETURN AFTER SPENDING $14 FOR COLD SOUP.

Good ramen, a lil expensive. 3 bowls= $45! Did add some extra protein to each bowl, though. Had udon in tonkatsu w/ pork & shrimp, added black garlic oil & hot chili oil, this was delicious. Also had ramen in spicy Miso w/ pork & black garlic, delicious as well. Recommend either broths, they were both good. The pork was delicious. Would recommend the black garlic oil as well.
