I ordered a coffee called 814 from the Saar branch after the staff recommended it. Unfortunately, the taste was extremely bad — very strong, bitter, and it smelled like burnt coffee beans. I didn’t drink it at all and went to the Riffa branch a few hours later since it’s close to my home. The staff there was polite but said he couldn’t do anything because it’s against their policy and that “they’re not connected” to the other branch. I understand policies, but as a customer who didn’t even consume the drink, I expected better coordination between branches and some kind of support or replacement. I really hope the management of 668 Café reviews both the quality of the 814 coffee and the customer service policy between branches — small gestures of care make a big difference for loyal customers.
