I visited the drive thru and met Mr Emal the order taker , he is a smiling and very welcoming even that the weather is hot . 5 star for his service ,vibe and the respect for all the effort. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

To the Management of 668 Café, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a careless and unsatisfactory experience at 668 Café – Saar Branch, which falls well below the level of professionalism and service expected from your establishment. I clearly ordered a Guatemala V60 coffee, yet I was provided with a Colombian coffee instead, without any notification or explanation. I only discovered this error after returning home. In addition, we ordered cookies as part of the same order; however, the staff member failed to provide them, forcing us to return to the café and request them again. Furthermore, I did not receive a receipt for my order, which is unacceptable and raises concerns regarding transaction transparency and proper customer service. These issues clearly indicate a lack of attention, accuracy, and basic service standards in handling customer orders. Customers should receive exactly what they pay for, along with proper documentation, without inconvenience or the need for repeated follow-ups. I expect immediate action to ensure such incidents do not recur, that accountability for this negligence is addressed, and that appropriate compensation is considered for the time and inconvenience caused.
