ずっと憧れていた6èmeで初モーニング 「もう全部食べたい！」と悩みながら選んだのは、オムレツ、キノコのフリカッセ、パルミジャーノのスモーブロー。 特にレンズ豆とアンディーブのサラダ温玉のせは感動で、お家でも作りたくなるほど。材料を店員さんに教えてもらったくらいです 料理も景色も雰囲気も抜群で、誰かと一緒にゆっくり過ごす朝にぴったり。 次は夜にも来て、ワインと一緒に味わいたいです I finally got to have my first breakfast at 6ème in Hiroshima I struggled to choose because I wanted to try everything and finally went with the omelet, mushroom fricassée, and Parmigiano smørrebrød. The lentil and endive salad with a soft-boiled egg was unforgettable—I loved it so much that we even asked the staff for the ingredients to try making it at home The food, the view, and the atmosphere are all amazing—perfect for a relaxing morning with someone special.
