I went there today to get a medium Banana Brea Blondie, with extra banana and coconut milk with light ice, the first time they messed up my drink, it tasted like chemicals, when I went back , I suggested that maybe it was the coconut milk that is expired , I received nothing but attitude and when they remade my drink , they made sure to fill it to the brim with ice so that way I wouldnt receive more product. The lady talked down to me like I was stupid and didn't know how coffee was made, I was a batista for 3 years. Waste of $8. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through this 7 brew location yesterday & the girls were super sweet and welcoming. Although, I did notice my Iced Blondie had coffee grinds sitting at the bottom. I kinda brushed it off, giving the benefit of the doubt that it could’ve been a simple mistake. I ended up coming back today & I ordered the same drink and sadly ended up having more coffee grinds as the day before and tasted a little burnt. I’ve worked in coffee for 6 years & I completely understand how this could accidentally happen. As a manager, I always made sure to emphasize rinsing shot tins in-between use that way we can avoid this happening to customers.
