Stopped in on 8/1/26 and was disappointed to discover you were out of a lot of ingredients to make drinks. The staff was amazing and offered suggestions on other options to try and went above and beyond. My complaint is with management not keeping on top of their inventory and ensuring they had everything needed to service their guests. I can see why the line is empty most of the time anymore. Baristas can’t make a coffee to save their life. All these baristas are good for is making their pre made drinks they advertise (which are way too sweet and gross) but that’s it. They can’t make a basic coffee or iced coffee for shit. I’ve had them refund me my money back the last 3 times. My coffee from speedway was cheaper and tastes so much better. I won’t be back.

I went to the 7 Brew Coffee beverage shop located in Springfield OH. I absolutely love this place. Their beverages are top tier and so budget friendly!! Not to mention their customer service is top tier. I know my girl Addy aka Addy with the nails gets me right every single time and Carly got me together on the bigger straws such a sweet heart. I promise I go here at least 3 times a week and it be worth it. I have been getting my Pink Paradise no raspberry add strawberry lemon freeze with extra cool Whip and it’s amazing!! But recently my son wanted to try the new Trick Shot Lemon freeze extra cool whip and it’s amazing lol I recently just purchased us Trick Shot chillers and again 10/10 like they don’t miss. I love the quantity and it’s again budget friendly and I love this for mee. I got my kids and my mom drinking them and steady racking up those points and again I love it lol. So customer service is A1 and the wait don’t be bad neither and if there’s a line your not waiting long at all. 7 Brew has become part of my daily and I’ll tell anyone about coming here. I post over all my social media platforms whet a lot of attraction. I have a video on TikTok with over 1k views I’m trying to put everybody on its 7 Brew for me respectfully and yes I’ll be getting me and my boys the trick shot chillers and I can’t wait lol no judging.
