I had a very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven. After finishing a run, I stopped in wearing leggings and a sports bra. An employee who identified himself as the manager told me, “No shirt, no shoes, no service.” I responded that I was unaware this was a policy and had never encountered this issue at any other 7-Eleven location. Despite this, he allowed me to complete my purchase. However, after I paid, he told me to “get out.” What bothered me most was not being informed of a store policy, but the disrespectful and hostile way I was treated. I felt singled out and objectified despite wearing athletic clothing that is commonly worn by runners and fitness enthusiasts. If there is a dress code, it should be enforced professionally and consistently. There was no reason for the employee to speak to me in such a dismissive and confrontational manner. I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and targeted. Customer service should be based on respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during this interaction.

Just witnessed a employee be so rude to a customer. Due to that a few people walked out. Not only using inappropriate language but blamed the customer for everything and then told him he hopes he never sees him again. All because your product did not ring up correctly. The customer repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience despite being treated ao poorly. I'm in shock of how he was treated. Do better. If you dislike your job so much then quit.
