A lot of guests mention that the staff is competent at this cafe. Fine service is something that visitors note in their reviews. But people rate 7-Eleven below average on Google.

This place sucks! They aren't consistent with their prices or empathetic to their customers.

No consistency between app and in store pricing, staff argues with you when presented with in-store information they don’t agree with or like. Is closed after midnight far too often, homeless camp out right next door OR directly in front of the store. Garbage location ran by individuals who don’t give a damn. I miss the old staff

Your local 7-Eleven store understands the frustration that can happen when your visit doesn’t go as planned and would like to try to make it better. Could you send us the details at bit.ly/711Reviews?

Used to go every morning. The 2 guys that used to run it day and night were the best. Fresh food always ready, nice coffee machine always running smoothly, or they'd fix it quick or replace the milk and get it going. Place was clean and a good experience. Nowadays nothing is ready or working. Can't ever get coffee in the morning from the machine, not many donuts out, and one of the employees seriously doesn't know how their own rewards system works. Tells me it's declined every time I get a free coffee with points. Sucks I can't have my morning coffee on the way to work anymore, gotta go to the 7-Eleven near there. Manor/51st location is always a 5 star experience. This location has gotten too bad to keep trying, sorry y'all be warned.
