So went in there and felt really uncomfortable. Then clerk/owner doesn't give the right price for two for on the gatorade. Didn't argue since I already had a very shady/sketchy vibe. Stay away.

$23.98 is my total. She refused to give me 2 cents. She said she did not have any. She had pennies in the drawer. She said bring exact change next time. The bank does not give any more pennies. It's not the amount. It's blaterant pie to my face. Shame on you

That's definitely a disappointing experience, and it's frustrating when you expect a standard item like whipped cream for your coffee, only to find it missing. Here is a review crafted to express that frustration and the business implication of not carrying a popular item: 7-Eleven Review: Where's the Whipped Cream? One and Done! My first and last time visiting this specific 7-Eleven location. It is ridiculous that they do not carry whipped cream for the coffee bar. This is a basic amenity that every other 7-Eleven I visit consistently has. The absence of a standard topping at a store that promotes its coffee is a glaring failure in customer service. It's clear that this location is cutting corners, and I won't be returning. I will take my coffee business to any nearby competitor that is willing to provide a complete experience.
