The high ratings of 7-Eleven would be impossible without the knowledgeable staff. Cool service is something visitors like here. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I felt the signage could be.a little better. It wasn't clear where you should catch other metro services. There were multiple uniformed people to help you and to ask them questions.

The guy with the tattoo on his nose that works the night shift will not sell to me no matter what even though I’m 21. First of all when I used my US passport he said, we only take state ids. Tonight I brought my drivers license and before he scanned it said I’ll see if it works then after said didn’t work sorry. I don’t know if this guy has something against me or just decides when he doesn’t want to sell to people, but he’s an awful employee and I won’t be going back during the night shift. Very disappointing. I’ve also heard from many others about bad experiences involving this guy too. He is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Thank God, I found the 7-Eleven. Every other place said that they were open, but we’re actually closed, I couldn’t find anywhere to grab some ice cream. It wasn’t even that late at night, probably only 8:30 PM yet. Everything was closed around, including some of the grocery stores, so when I saw the lights at 7-Eleven, I felt like I was entering heaven. Plus open the door for us when we first got there. It was really just the cherry on top.
