We came to see fireworks tonight and a dangerous storm came suddenly. The staff were kicking everyone out of the store even though one of our small group purchased a large drink.

MANU gave the worst customer service ever!!! 7/11 corporate needs to contact me. Thank you. Over a cup!!!! What’s the cost of a cup?????? Was it worth it MANU??? Was it worth it??? I’ve never left a 1 star review in MY LIFE!!! If anyone deserved it. It was MANU!!! And my reviews have been seen by over 2.4MILLION PEOPLE!!! Why??? Well in my world there can only exist 2 possibilities. Do the BARE MINIMUM or Go ABOVE & BEYOND!!! There is no other OPTION!!! Today’s 7/11 stores are so worried about $ that they literally harass you over a CUP!!! This store only carries 1 type of cup - cup for BIG GULP with 3 different barcodes. And only 1 type of lid. So this store really doesn’t care about the customer. They just want to make $$$. And forget customer service or any type of kindness or anything. Just a stone cold hard case dupa!!!! Seriously. It’s a shame when MANU acted the way he did. And when I brought it up he got even MORE disrespectful. Sad but true.

I stopped at this 7-Eleven today to get a drink and some gum. I had a small empty plastic cup and I asked one of the employees if I can get some ice. He said that it was going to be 99 cents plus tax. I said that quick check and wawa don't charge for ice. He said that he don't care for new customers. So I said that I was going to write a review and he started saying that I was threaten him and he called the police on me. I waited outside and talked to the police they were amazed of the situation. I'm never going back to this place
