I am extremely upset and disappointed. This is one of my favorite snacks, and when I finally got home, opened it, and looked inside, what I saw was absolutely not okay. The dip was clearly spoiled, discolored, and looked contaminated. This is not something minor that can be ignored this is a food safety issue. Had I not looked closely, I could have eaten this, and even worse, my children could have eaten this. That is frightening to think about. No parent should have to worry about their family getting sick from a sealed product that was purchased expecting it to be fresh and safe to consume. Food products should never reach customers in this condition. There was no damage done to the container on my end, and this was opened straight from the packaging. This tells me something went wrong during production, storage, or handling and that is unacceptable when it comes to food, especially dairy-based products. I am very disturbed that something like this made it onto the shelf and into my home. This could have caused serious illness. I am requesting this be taken seriously and addressed immediately, because this is not just about a refund it is about health, safety, and trust. I’ve attached photos as proof of the condition of the product upon opening. This should never happen.
