That big dude was very rude and disrespectful. He was mad because he was on the phone with someone.

"I had a really unpleasant experience at this 7-Eleven store. The employee, a short guy with short hair working in the morning, was rude and argumentative with customers, and he seemed unprofessional, almost as if he was intoxicated. Additionally, the store wasn’t honoring the promotions they advertise, which is misleading. On top of that, the store looked unclean and poorly maintained. If I notice the same issues again, I’ll definitely file a formal complaint with the city department. Very disappointing experience overall."
