Are you serious old Spanish lady? She was very rude, ridiculous and nasty. Hey lady If you dont speak English well, have to well attitude horrible this store

The older woman at the counter provided very poor service. I understand that she may not speak English well or may not be well-educated, but I wish the older woman working as a cashier at least knew how to greet customers. A cashier who can’t even tell who arrived first and provides such poor service is something I’d rather not see first thing in the morning.

I stopped by this 7-Eleven due to an urgent restroom need. This is a location I regularly visit and frequently make purchases at while traveling on this route. While I was briefly in my car, a cashier came outside and told me I could only stay for 10 minutes and questioned the fact that I had used the restroom without purchasing anything yet. I understand store policies, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary. Approaching customers outside in this manner is not appropriate and creates an uncomfortable experience. I have already submitted a complaint through the appropriate channels. I hope management addresses staff conduct so regular customers are treated with more respect in the future.
