I go to this store multiple times a week and I’m very disappointed with how my situation was handled. I was having service issues so before I left my home which is 3 minutes away, I pressed to redeem a free drink and left the scanner open so I can get it scanned at the store.When I got there I told the guy what I did and showed him the screen shot of the points and let him scan the code. He told me he was unable to process it which makes no sense, I don’t like how you guys don’t honor the 7/11 point system. And issues like this should be a quick fix.

Worst 7-eleven. Staff was very unprofessional and not helpful. Place is so nasty and would never recommend to someone. I live in neighborhood but I would drive extra miles to go to other place but never come here.
