I am writing to request an update regarding claim number, which concerns a purchase of Pro2Snax Sliced Apples and Turkey Sausage Bites made on May 13, 2026, at the 7-Eleven located at 731 Fairview Ave, Fairview, NJ. I recently spoke with a representative from the insurance company who was unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, upon visiting the store today to speak with the owner, I was informed that the insurance company has instructed him to bar me from the premises. As I have not received a professional follow-up or a formal resolution to this matter, please be advised that I am prepared to initiate legal action against 7-Eleven. Regards, J Ferrell
