They put two slices of pizza together face to face causing all toppings to separate from one of the slices. What kind of person with a brain thinks this is a good way to package pizza??? EDIT: was prompted to contact customer support by 7/11 and the link is connected to a suspended account. Safe to say this business is trash and any complaints will be forwarded to no one. No wonder they’re closing all their stores. No integrity. Good riddance.

I wanted to leave a review not just for the store, but for four employees who truly deserve recognition: Ashleigh, Passion, Bilal, and Liam. The store was extremely busy when my family came in, yet these four handled the rush with professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitudes. While many people can work during a busy shift, not everyone can make customers feel valued in the middle of the chaos.and that’s exactly what they did. What stood out most was the kindness they showed my children. They took the time to make them feel welcome and turned what could have been an ordinary stop into a memorable experience. My kids left with huge smiles and are still talking about it. As someone who has worked with people and teams, I know great customer service doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from employees who genuinely care, work well together, and take pride in what they do. Watching Ashleigh, Passion, Bilal, and Liam navigate a packed store while still making customers feel seen and appreciated was impressive. If a manager or owner happens to read this, please know that these employees represent your brand exceptionally well. They demonstrated teamwork, kindness, efficiency, and professionalism under pressure. Employees like this are often the reason customers return, and they deserve to be recognized for the positive impact they make every day. I am writing to report a deeply unprofessional experience at 1:00 AM. The two employees on duty completely ignored my presence, lounging in the seating area and laughing loudly. Most distressingly, they appeared to be mocking me in another language. I urge management to review the security footage and address this lack of basic professionalism. This behavior is a poor reflection of the 7-Eleven brand, and I expect better accountability from your night shift staff.
