DONT EVER GO TO THIS 7/11 they legit accused me for stealing and end up arguing with me for hours called the police later to find out I didn’t steal shi all he said was a “my bad my friend “ SMH

I stopped by this 7-Eleven, and when I entered my phone number for the rewards, the screen asked if I wanted to use my points. Before I could choose, the cashier pressed “No” for me, without giving me the chance to decide. When I asked why he did that, he said it was because “the items I was buying already had a discount,” as if that justified making the choice for me. I found it disrespectful and unprofessional that the cashier made a decision on my behalf without asking. If customers have rewards, the least you can do is let them choose or explain it beforehand, not afterward. This store definitely needs to train their staff better on customer service and respecting customers’ choices.
