The customer service is horrible the guy working cashier is always on his phone and you have to repeat yourself 2-3 times for him to get it because he’s not paying attention.

I’ve been a regular at this 7-Eleven for a long time because it’s convenient and I used to have a great rapport with the staff. Unfortunately, over the past month or so, the customer service has taken a nosedive—especially from one specific employee. First, there was an issue with fountain sodas: my friend and I accidentally purchased extra drinks. Instead of simply refunding or letting us pay the difference for the correct sizes, the employee got confrontational and refused to help. He even kicked us out of the store when we tried to resolve the confusion. More recently, my husband tried to redeem two free drinks that showed up in the 7-Eleven app, but was again accused of stealing because the employee insisted the app’s promotion was “an error.” Even after my husband offered to pay the difference, the employee threatened to call the police and became downright hostile. To top it all off, the same employee told us one day we could return for the free sodas once the error was sorted out—only to deny it later, act rudely, and mumble insults under his breath. This unprofessional and inconsistent treatment has been really disappointing. We used to enjoy dropping by for quick purchases, but this employee’s attitude has completely soured our view of this location. If this is how regulars are treated, I can’t imagine how new customers feel. Until the service improves or the staff is better trained, I can’t recommend this 7-Eleven to anyone. You’re better off driving a bit farther to a store where the employees actually care about their customers.
